Outdoor Guerrilla Marketing: It takes place outside on roadsides, footpath, outside shops. Another example are the big hoardings displayed on the road side.
Indoor Guerrilla Marketing: Similar to outdoor guerrilla marketing, but only it takes place in indoor locations like train stations, shops, and university campus buildings, malls. For example, in the malls we see huge flex of brands promoting themselves.
Event Ambush Guerrilla Marketing: Leveraging the audience of an in-progress event like a concert or a sporting game to promote a product or service in a noticeable way, usually without permission from the event sponsors.
For example; If Vivo is sponsoring cricket match but, Nokia puts its hoarding on the roadsides of way to auditorium then people may feel that Nokia is sponsoring the Match. The name is Vivo will fade away from the minds of the people. This is an example of Ambush Marketing.
Experiential Marketing: When companies make people experience their products is known as Experiential Marketing. For example; Samsung gave an experience of VR to the people visiting their stores or their small shops situated in malls. Thus, creating knowledge and experience for their product.
Thus, we can say that Guerrilla Marketing is a very interesting marketing concept with never ending example. It is cost effective and generates higher returns.
